de su mundo lindo. Deseamos que tu la ves virtualmente en este portal, pero tambien esperamos tu visita para gozar
de ella con nosotros en persona.
En primer lugar la aperatura de la oportunidad de volver a Quito despues de haber salido desde hace
25 años fue un regalo de Dios. Luego encontramos esta Quinta con la casa de nuestros sueños y a nuestra sorpresa, Dios
abrio el camino de comprarla. Habiamos soñado de volver a Quito, pero sobre 25 largos años casi hiabiamos perdimos la vista
del sueño. Q3 esta ubicada en el mismo valle hermoso de Tumbaco a 600 metros mas abajo de Quito donde viviamos en 1977-79.
In the first place, the opening of the opportunity to return to Quito 25 years after having left
was a gift from God. Then we found this Quinta with the home of our dreams and to our surprise, God opened the door
to buy it. We had dreamed of returning to Quito, but over 25 long years we almost lost sight of that dream. Q3 is located
in the same beautiful Tumbaco Valley, 1,800 feet below Quito where we lived during 1977-79.

The property is just a bit under one acre and is located on the side of the great volcano Pichincha
at about 7,700 feet above sea level and about 15 miles south of the Equator. The great Quito Valley containing the country's
capital city is above us and the long Tumbaco Valley is below us. The drive up to Quito is only about 9 miles but as
much of it is vertical as is horizontal. We are outside a small, but growing town called Cumbaya. The house has four bedrooms
and 3 1/2 baths as well as a separate guest house with two bedrooms and a bath. The solar-heated swimming pool also has a
bath and small dressing room.
El terreno consiste de 4,000 metros cuadrados ubicado en el lado del gran volcan Pichincha a unos
2,300 metros sobre el nivel del mar y unos 25 kilometros al sur de la linea equinoccial. El gran Valle de Quito con
la cuidad capital del pais esta arriba de nosotros y el largo Valle de Tunbaco esta mas abajo. El camino a Quito es solo unos
16 kilometros pero es igualmente vertical como horizontal. Estamos en las afueras de un pequeño, pero creciendo, pueblo llamado
Cumbaya. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños tanto como una casita separada para huespedes con dos dormitorios
y un baño. La piscina temporada por calor solar tambien tuiene un baño y pequeña sala para cambiar de ropa.

The previous owner was in the rose exporting business and left us a large rose garden
and roses abound all over the property. Lea has added many other flowers and plants of all kinds plus two small vegetable
gardens.
El dueño anterior tenia un negocio de exportación de rosas y nos dejo un gran jardin de
rosas y otras rosas estan en todas partes del terreno. Lea ha agregado muchas otras flores y plantas de todo tipo mas dos
pequeños jardines de vegetales.
